	CDU, Centre for Operations and Maintenance
	CDU is one of KTH´s so-called Centres of Excellence and, organizationally, a sub-unit of the KTH School of Architecture & the Built Environment, “ABE”. Our Office consists of the Head of Centre, who does procure administrative and IT support from ABE School Office. CDU´s activities are focusing on research and education in maintenance and operation; this all aims to minimise the total life-cycle costs of installations.
